It’s important at UK Connect that every member of our team feels supported, valued and excited to come into work. We have been working continuously hard to improve and sustain a great workplace culture, we could not be prouder to have our efforts officially recognised through our recent certification of a ‘Great Place To Work’.

In order to qualify for the certification, every member of our team had to complete a survey named the ‘Trust Index’. This process provides details of our workplace culture and reflects how our team truly feels about working at UK Connect. Organisations can only become Great Place To Work Certified if their Trust Index survey results are higher than 65% and we are elated to have surpassed that huge milestone.
