When Guildford-based homeless charity Footsteps found itself without a sponsor for its Christmas Day lunch, UK Connect was happy to step in.
2018 has been a very successful year for UK Connect. We achieved new highs in sales, expanded the business, rebranded the company and, above all, supported the UK’s leading housebuilders with critical broadband services. As the new year fast approaches, we look back at some highlights of the past 12 months.
With less than a month until Christmas, many housebuilders across the UK will be working hard to ensure that new homes are complete for occupation before year end and that construction sites are ready for a launch in the New Year. Internet connection is crucial to supporting these time-critical activities, but can take up to nine months for a traditional communications provider to install. To combat this, UK Connect is urging developers to ‘connect before Christmas’ and consider Site Connect, its broadband solution which is installed within 10 days from the point of order.
Each month UK Connect will be sharing customer stories, talking about the positive impact UK Connect has on I.T. & Connectivity challenges faced by our customers and how UK Connect is helping to not only reduce costs for our customers but also improve productivity.
UK Connect prides itself on the relationships we have with all our customers. We believe that the best way to demonstrate our abilities is to let our customers do the talking…
At UK Connect we love to shout about our partners and share with our followers and readers exactly what they’re up to. This month it’s been a combination of mountain-climbing and visits from the bake-off. Read below to hear about news from UK’s construction giants CALA, Redrow and Taylor Wimpey, with their exciting news pieces from the last month!Read more

On the 27th of April Redrow Homes South Midlands hosted the Question of Sport Quiz and Charity Dinner. Congratulations to Redrow for managing to raise an incredible £14,183.00, all of which will be donated to the Henry Allen Trust.
The Henry Allen Trust was set-up by Henry Allen’s family, after he was diagnosed with Stage 4 High Risk Neuroblastoma and tragically treatment failed to stop his condition deteriorating. Henry’s last days were spent with his family, making memories and talking about his wishes. This included helping other children and families affected by childhood cancer.Read more
