The Service Desk is responsible for delivering IT Service management and support to the full estate of UK Connect customers. This includes the design, provisioning, maintenance, and support of all UK Connect solutions. We are also responsible for the UK Connect internal IT structure which boasts multiple software platforms, critical hardware and user support.
Job Type: Full-time
UK Connect are looking for a 1st Line Support Analyst with 2/3 years’ experience in a similar role. You will be part of the Service Desk team which is made up of IT Specialists. The role is customer facing and you will play a vital part in supporting the team and our customers.
A highly motivated, confident, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a real passion for solving IT related incidents. The role would suit an applicant that has previous IT and IT support environment experience.
