Key Account Manager

As a UK Connect Key Account Manager you will act as a champion for your clients creating long term meaningful relationships. Your goal is to enable your customers to be better, faster and more efficient.

Through building a genuine rapport with your customers, you will gain a deep insight into their business goals and objectives helping you to identify effective solutions that solve their challenges and support their business.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the overall management and growth of your assigned accounts, ensuring they receive a world customer experience increasing customer satisfaction.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Develop and grow client accounts
  • Develop strategies to build meaningful relationships with your assigned customer accounts.
  • Understand your customer’s business goals and objectives.
  • Create and carry out client engagement activities.
  • Create a best practice method for seeking out customer challenges.
  • Implement best practice customer experience strategies.
  • Create client analysis reports to identify gaps and opportunities

Measuring your success

At UK Connect we believe building meaningful customer relationships and providing a world class customer experience is key to our success. We therefore don’t set financial targets for our Key Accounts Managers – we know if we achieve high customer satisfaction levels the financial rewards will follow.

Remuneration

UK Connect offer a generous base salary along with a percentage of your assigned clients revenue.
