As a UK Connect Network Technician you will be responsible for delivering our super high-speed broadband solutions to construction sites across the UK.
You will be the face of the UK Connect brand and will represent the company in a professional manner by ensuring that our customer receive the world class experience that they have come to expect.
As part of your dynamic role, you will from time to time be required to attend on-site call outs to investigate and troubleshoot escalated support tickets. Therefor a solid knowledge of I.T and networking is required.
At UK Connect we like to empower our staff to be self-sufficient and have the autonomy to take your own initiative and deliver the very best service. You will be a self-starter and have fantastic organisation and problem-solving skills.
As a UK Connect Network Technician you will report into the Service Delivery Team.
