As a sales administrator at UK Connect you will act as key support for our Account Managers in an administrative capacity, ensuring you aid them in servicing their customer accounts in order to provide a world class customer experience.
You will maintain efficient liaison and process execution with the service delivery team to ensure successful implementation of UKC solutions as well as ensuring effective client liaisons including order processing, actioning renewals and general day to day account administrative tasks

Ensuring fantastic communication with all departments within UK Connect including Account Management, New business, project coordination and technical support.
An outgoing engaging individual who likes to build strong relationships. Someone who is detail orientated, resilient and enjoys process driven tasks. You may have worked as a personal assistant, a business administrator or even a project coordinator in you previous role.
