Taking the service one step further, CALA Homes were given ongoing support through their dedicated account manager, Hannah Cartwright, who provides regular updates on usage, and is always just a phone call away.
Quick installation of UK Connect’s router and VoIP services meant CALA Homes were able to oversee the running of their construction operation and could communicate with site managers instantly, exactly as they had envisioned.
This meant that vital information such as drawings and health and safety briefings could be communicated effortlessly with a far superior information flow.
CALA Homes were able to focus on the running of their site instead of worrying about the setup of their IT equipment. UK Connect could ensure the equipment was configured correctly and made sure the users understood how to best utilise their devices.
Since the first installation in 2018, UK Connect have expanded their products and services onto many other CALA Homes sites and regions. Their dedicated account manager has always been able to find solutions for other technical challenges the housebuilder presented, even if not currently offered in the UK Connect portfolio.
