We love to share news from our clients monthly, and this month Taylor Wimpey has been donating to the Tees Valley Walking Football club, a club designed footballers over 50. The donation was from The Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire business unit.
The team plays near Taylor Wimpey’s Rose Cottage Farm development in Stainton and used the money to fund its inaugural tournament at Goals Teesside on Saturday 24th September.

Research suggests that over-50s football has significant health benefits. Those who play have more muscle, harder bones, better cardiovascular systems, and more jumping height and strength.

Andrew concludes: “On behalf of everyone at Tees Valley Walking Football, I’d like to extend our thanks and gratitude to the Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire team. It’s great they see the potential in our club and we hope to work with them again in the future.”

“Working with UK Connect has been a smooth and easy process. The team has been fantastic by going above and beyond, getting our broadband installed for us within extremely tight deadlines and ensuring the client relationship is done in an efficient manner. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the UK Connect team, as I find they are highly reliable and have good attention to detail and carry out the job to an exceptional standard.
