UK Connect enter September with new First Line Support Technician, Dominic
UK Connect warmly welcome Dominic as their new First Line Support Technician. The expansion of the team marks the continuing growth of the company, whose client base has almost doubled in a year. UK Construction giants such as Taylor Wimpey and CALA Homes came on board in 2017, and thus new staff have been needed to keep up with the business of their Guildford-based telecoms office. The success comes as more clients come onboard and UK Connect’s connectivity solutions become well-known and trusted within the home-building market.
Dominic will be responsible for delegating technical issues to 2nd line support, and acting as a point of contact for technical support, both managing and solving. Dominic’s role as technician can’t be understated, as the technical brains that keeps the show running!
