With the growing skills gap in the UK, particularly in industries like construction and the public sector, The Farr Foundation aims to ensure young people gain the necessary knowledge and experience to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Maths. Founder and Trustee, PJ Farr, is passionate about providing opportunities for children who may not otherwise have access to hands-on learning experiences that spark their interest in STEM.
