Digital Content Manager
As the Digital Content Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing team – responsible for implementation of website production across the UK Connect site and management of social media channels. This role will also include co-ordinating production efforts for digital marketing and web-based projects; reporting statuses back to the team, managing website escalations, leading on monthly optimisation ideas; as well as SEO best practice and PPC campaigns.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be a key member of the marketing team – with responsibility for the overall marketing of UK Connect. You will be instrumental in developing the brand, marketing, PR and event strategies and the delivery of effective communications for UK Connect. The department is in development so there will be huge autonomy and opportunity to lead on strategy, build comm’s programmes from scratch and manage a significant budget. You will also be key liaison with the internal Digital and Sales team.
As the Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of the marketing team – with responsibility for UK Connect Events. You will be instrumental in developing the event strategy – across industry forums; award sponsorship; award entries and hosting our very own UK Connect events for our customers. The department is in development so there will be huge autonomy and opportunity to take the lead. Reporting into the Marketing Manager, you will also support on marketing communications – across print and digital channels.
Service Delivery Engineer
Working across the UK you will be delivering and installing I.T and connectivity solutions to our end customers. Experience in the telecoms industry is a must in both cabling and basic networking.
We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to join our team, based at our head office in Guildford, Surrey.
This is a new and varied role where your key focus will be to provide comprehensive administration support to the Company Directors and heads of department dealing with a wide range of tasks and challenges across the team’s portfolio, at a senior level.
You will be the ‘go to’ organiser for team matters, liaising with Clients, Suppliers & Directors to manage a busy annual diary of events as well as dealing with last minute changes and ad-hoc issues.
Key Account Manager
As a UK Connect Account Manager you are responsible for the management of your assigned client accounts with the goal of increasing sales and building relationships.As an account manager you maintain UK Connects existing relationships with our customers, so that they will continue using UK Connects products and services through excellent customer service and support.As an account manager you serve as the intermediator between the service delivery and sales team withinUK Connect.
Business Development Executive
As Business Development Executive, your main role will be to drive the new business for UK Connect and be the first point of contact for all incoming leads and enquiries in to the business. You will support the UK Connect Sales Manager to achieve the business’ key objectives and new business targets. You will recommend and communicate UKC solution benefits to prospective customers and gain an in-depth understanding of their own requirements with a view to qualifying them as a viable prospective lead.
2nd line support
Working from our Guildford Office, you will have a keen eye for IT networking and troubleshooting and will assist our 1st line support staff with I.T and connectivity support for our customers and internal staff.
