Public Service Notice: UK Connect and how we are preparing to work with the evolving Covid-19 situation.
Whilst we understand the need to be vigilant during this period we are perfectly set up with tools, technology and processes to work remotely ensuring our clients continue to receive the same seamless and uninterrupted service.
We will continue to complete all site installs, call-outs and customer meetings at this time, however we are aware this may be subject to change depending on Government announcements and recommendations.
We have a business continuity plan in place to prepare for, and manage, the impact of Covid-19 and we are working on strategies to enable continual service should we be required to self-isolate – including use of online platforms to continue communication on a regular basis, regardless of location.
For existing customers, in order to aid this planning it would be helpful if you could also update us on your company plans e.g. cancelling all non-essential meetings, closure or delay of site and/or sales offices or any other potential restrictions which may impact how we work with you. Please advise your Account Manager of any potential changes.
