UK Connect are pleased to welcome Karen Dean as Customer Success Executive. As the business and our client base continues to grow, the requirement to expand the team has risen to ensure we maintain our high level of customer service and experience.
Karen’s previous role was as an Onboarding Executive within another SAAS business. Through this role, she has gained a wealth of experience and is looking to transfer her skills across into her new role by ensuring that all our clients receive the best CX experience, whilst going through our One. Site On-Boarding process.
Karen tells us her reason for joining UK Connect; “Looking for a new challenge and the culture and values of the company matched my own. “
Karen loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, knitting, going out to eat, reading, and traveling. She is super keen to add Asia to her list of travel destinations.
Karen says: “I would like to start Yoga to strengthen my core and increase my flexibility as it will help keep me mobile as I get older. I am also very keen to volunteer with the homeless as this is something I am passionate about. I would like to spend more time with my family planning a big family holiday which will take a lot of organisation as I have 6 kids 2 son-in-laws and 2 beautiful grandchildren.”
